HOW IT WORKS

Moles and gophers live by smell. Each pouch releases a layered botanical scent that settles into the low-airflow tunnels below and makes the ground read as unsafe feeding territory. They relocate. No kills, no cleanup, nothing rotting under the grass.

WHERE TO PLACE THEM

Nest one pouch into the loose soil of every fresh mound. Then one about every three steps along ridges, bed perimeters, fence lines and around fruit trees. Spread them out. You're covering their routes, not dosing one hole.

HOW MANY POUCHES DO I NEED?

Each pouch covers about 50 sq ft of active ground. One bag holds 10. Walk your yard and count: every mound, every run, every bed and fence line. Small yard or one zone: 1 bag. Lawn plus beds plus fence line: 3 bags. Orchard or acreage: 5 bags. All of it goes in on day one.

SAFE AROUND KIDS, PETS & LIVESTOCK?

Yes our Pouches are safe when used as directed. We make use of plant-based oils on a corn cob carrier. No poison, no rodenticides, no traps. Nothing dies, so there's nothing toxic for your dog to dig up or a hawk to carry off.

SHIPPING & RETURNS

We offer free shipping on US orders over $50. Any shipping fee for smaller orders or other destinations is shown at checkout before you pay. US delivery is typically 5 to 12 business days.

We stand behind every order with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If the pouches aren't keeping rodents away, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll make it right. You don't need to ship used pouches back. See our Refund Policy and Shipping Policy for full details.

HOW IT WORKS

Moles and gophers live by smell. We make the ground one they avoid.

Moles are nearly blind. They find worms, grubs and safe ground by scent. Gophers run on the same system, following scent through the soil to roots and bulbs. Each pouch releases a layered scent from peppermint, clove and cinnamon oils. Underground, there's almost no airflow, so the scent settles into the nearest tunnels and lingers. The ground stops reading as safe territory. They work around it, and with enough coverage, off your property. No kills. No cleanup.

Four botanicals. Different jobs.

Each ingredient plays a different role in creating a strong, slow-release botanical scent.

Peppermint Oil

Creates the lead scent

Peppermint Oil · main active

The sharp, fresh aroma forms the strongest part of the blend and helps make treated spaces less inviting to rodents.

Clove Oil

Adds depth to the blend

Clove Oil · supporting active

Its warm, concentrated aroma strengthens the peppermint and creates a fuller scent throughout the treated area.

Cinnamon Oil

Supports the scent barrier

Cinnamon Oil · complementary active

A powerful botanical note that helps create a more layered and noticeable scent profile.

Corn Cob Carrier

Releases the oils gradually

Corn Cob · natural carrier

The absorbent carrier holds the essential oils and helps prevent the scent from releasing all at once.

WHAT TO EXPECT

An honest timeline

Scent deterrence builds gradually. Enclosed spaces may respond faster than open or highly ventilated areas.
1
DAYS 1 TO 3

The scent settles in

You'll smell the blend right away. Underground it's stronger, concentrating in the still air of the tunnels.

Rodents will hate the smell and get confused

2
WEEK 1

Fresh digging slows

New mounds show up less in covered zones. Activity may shift toward untreated edges first. That's your map for where to add pouches.

Rodents are slowly leaving

3
DAY 30

Activity moves off

With full coverage and no gaps, the property stops being worth working. Rake the old mounds flat. They stay flat.

Replace pouches after 30 days to ensure a strong smell

Results vary depending on space size, airflow, placement and activity level. Established infestations may require additional control measures.

No new mounds since week two.

"I was raking mounds flat every Saturday and they were back by Monday. Pouches went into every fresh mound and along the two big ridge lines. Week two was the first weekend with nothing to rake."

Sonic spikes did nothing. This did.

"I had a fresh mound two inches from a sonic spike, which tells you everything. Pulled them all and placed pouches at the mounds instead. Three weeks later I raked everything flat and it stayed flat."

The dog can have the yard back.

"With castor granules I was reapplying after every rain and keeping the dog inside anyway. The pouches stay put, and I know exactly where every one of them is."

No droppings or chewed wiring by spring.

We placed pouches through the camper before winter storage, in the cab, the cabinets and the storage bays. When we opened it again in spring, no droppings and no damaged wiring for the first time in years.

The mice stopped nesting in the truck.

I put pouches under the seats and through the cab of the truck that sits all winter. Mice used to nest in there, but this season there was no mess when I opened it.

It works, even with the RV vents open.

The pouches work well in our RV. I replace them a little sooner because we keep the vents open, but the difference has still been noticeable.

The fall activity finally dropped off.

Our tack room and feed shed were overrun every fall. We placed pouches through each building and around the entry points, and the activity dropped off within the first few weeks.

We came back to a clean cabin.

We use them in a cabin that sits empty for weeks. We spread pouches through every room and storage area, and now we come back without finding droppings or a mess waiting for us.

The barn needed more, but it held.

The barn is a big space, so it took more pouches than the house. Once we placed enough around the feed room, stalls and problem areas, the activity reduced and stayed under control.

Try it for 30 days. If rodents aren't keeping their distance, we'll refund you.

Place the pouches and give the scent time to settle in. If they aren't keeping rodents away within 30 days, email us for a full refund. No need to ship anything back.

Frequently Asked questions

I already have moles. Will this get rid of them? +
With full coverage of the active areas, most people see fresh digging slow within the first weeks and shift off the property from there. It works best on early and moderate activity. Heavy, long-established networks may need more pouches or a pro alongside.
How fast does it work? +
Fresh digging typically slows in treated zones over the first one to two weeks, then shifts off covered ground. Anyone promising 72 hours is overselling. Results vary with soil, moisture and coverage.
How often do I replace them? +
Each pouch releases scent for about 30 days. Replace your pouches around every 30 days to keep the protection continuous. A subscription makes this automatic, and you can cancel anytime.
Is it safe around my dog, cat and kids? +
Our pouches are made from plant-based ingredients, with no poison, no rodenticides, and no synthetic toxins, so they are designed to be used in the spaces your family and pets share, when used as directed. Keep pouches out of direct reach, and do not open them or let children or animals ingest the contents. If you keep birds, place pouches away from them, as birds are especially sensitive to essential oils.
How many do I need? +
Each pouch covers up to 50 sq ft, and one bag holds 10 pouches. Start with at least one full bag of 10. Even if you only saw mice in one spot, they move through the rooms and entry points around it, so you protect the area, not just the sighting. Spread the 10 out. Do not pile them in one place. A good rule is one pouch every 50 sq ft or so, near doors, walls, corners, shelves and any spot you've seen activity. Roughly how many to place in each space: A normal room, bedroom, office or pantry: 2 to 3. A kitchen: 2 to 4. A 1 to 2 car garage: 4 to 8. An open basement or attic: 4 to 10. A shed, feed room or tack room: 3 to 6 per building. A barn section: 6 to 10. How much to buy depends on how many spaces you're covering: Apartment, small home or one problem area and its surroundings: 1 bag (10). An average full home with garage, basement and attic: 3 bags (30). A large home, home with outbuildings, or a farm: 5 bags (50).
What about rain and sprinklers? +
The pouch doesn't dissolve or wash away like granules. In very wet or hot stretches the scent fades faster, so swap early if a pouch stops smelling strong. Standard rhythm: every 30 days.
Can I cancel the subscription easily? +
Yes. There is no minimum commitment. You can pause, skip, or cancel anytime from your account or by emailing info@gonelikecasper.com. Cancelling stops any future deliveries that have not yet entered processing.
