Delivery Times

We work with global fulfillment partners to get your order to you as efficiently as possible. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the fulfillment center handling your order.

Order Handling

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after they are placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Cut-Off Time

Orders placed before midnight CET are processed starting the next business day.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs depend on your order total and destination. Any applicable shipping fee is always calculated and shown at checkout before you pay, so you will see the exact amount before completing your order.

We currently offer free shipping on US orders over $50. Orders below this amount, and orders to some other destinations, may include a shipping fee, which will be displayed at checkout. Promotional shipping offers may apply from time to time.

Subscription Orders

If you chose a subscription, your orders ship on your selected interval, for example every 30 days, and follow the same delivery times listed above. There is no minimum commitment, and you can pause or cancel anytime. See our Refund Policy and Terms of Service for full subscription terms.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it. After this window, your order moves into automated processing and can no longer be cancelled. If you still wish to return it, our 30-day money-back guarantee has you covered.
