Refund Policy

At Gone Like Casper, we stand behind our pouches and want you to feel confident in your purchase. This policy explains our money-back guarantee, return conditions, subscription terms, and how refunds are handled. Please read it carefully before ordering.

1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a refund within 30 days of receiving it.

Because our pouches are a hygiene product that works by releasing scent once opened, you do not need to ship used pouches back to us. Your guarantee is based on your request, not on returning the product.

To qualify:

  • Your request must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • You may be asked for basic information about how and where you used the pouches, so we can help and improve our product.

2. Used and Opened Pouches

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used pouches cannot be returned and do not need to be sent back. Refund requests under the money-back guarantee are handled without a physical return.

3. Unopened Bags

If you ordered more than you need and have full, unopened, sealed bags, you may return those within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund of those bags. Unopened bags must be in their original, sealed condition.

4. Damaged or Defective Orders

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 30 days of receiving it. Please include your order number and a photo of the issue. Verified damaged or defective orders will be replaced or refunded at no cost to you, with no return required.

5. How to Request a Refund or Return

To start a refund or return, contact us first at info@gonelikecasper.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The reason for your request
  • A photo, if the product arrived damaged or defective

Once we have reviewed your request, we will send you the next steps. Returns sent without contacting us first cannot be processed.

6. Return Shipping (Unopened Bags Only)

For returns of unopened bags, customers are responsible for return shipping unless the order was damaged or defective. Returns are sent at the customer's risk, and a tracking code is required so we can confirm delivery. We do not charge restocking fees.

7. Refund Processing

Once your request is approved, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 5 business days. If more than 5 business days have passed since approval and you have not received your refund, contact us at info@gonelikecasper.com.

8. Subscriptions

If you chose a subscription, we redeliver the quantity you selected every 30 days and charge your payment method automatically each time, until you cancel. There is no minimum commitment.

You can pause, skip, or cancel anytime in your account or by emailing info@gonelikecasper.com. Cancelling stops all future deliveries that have not yet entered processing. You will only be charged for orders that have already shipped or entered processing before you cancelled. For full subscription terms, see our Terms of Service.

9. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it. After this window, your order enters automated processing and can no longer be cancelled. If you still wish to return it, your 30-day money-back guarantee applies.
